Epoxy Pipe Lining

A new pipe inside the old one — without demolition

Cast-iron drain lines in many mid-century Los Angeles homes run under concrete slabs and are now cracking, scaling, and rotting through at the bottom. Replacing them the traditional way means breaking up floors, cabinets, and tile. Clay and Orangeburg sewer lines under driveways and patios pose the same problem outside.

Epoxy pipe lining — also called cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) — solves it from the inside. We hydro jet the old pipe clean, then pull or invert a flexible liner saturated with epoxy resin into the pipe. Once inflated and cured, it hardens into a smooth, seamless, jointless pipe bonded to the host pipe.

The new lining seals cracks, bridges gaps, and leaves no joints for roots to enter. Because the work is done through existing cleanouts or small access points, most homes stay livable during the job, and floors and landscaping stay intact.

Seeing one or more of these signs?

A dispatcher can usually tell you over the phone whether it's urgent — no charge to ask.

Call 877-481-4075
  • Cast-iron drains under the slab with cracks or scaling
  • Roots growing through clay pipe joints
  • A sewer line running under a driveway, patio, or pool deck
  • Repeated backups from a pipe that's structurally intact
  • Slow drains caused by corrosion inside old cast iron
  • You want to avoid tearing out floors or cabinets
  • A camera inspection showed cracks but no full collapse
  • Multi-unit buildings where demolition would displace tenants

Honest pricing

How much does epoxy pipe lining cost?

Every job is different, so we don't guess over the phone and then change the number on site. We look at the problem, then give you a written flat-rate price before any work starts. The price you approve is the price you pay — and it's the same at 3 a.m. on a Sunday as it is on a Tuesday afternoon.

What affects the price:

  • Length and diameter of the pipe being lined
  • Number of branch connections to reinstate
  • Pipe condition and how much cleaning is needed first
  • Access points available — cleanouts, roof vents, or new openings

What homeowners say after the rescue.

Our reviews come from real emergencies — and how we handled them.

Emergency Sewer Backup
“We had a sewer backup on a Sunday night — our laundry room was completely flooded. I called Rooter Rescue at 9 PM and they had a tech at the door within 45 minutes. He cleared a major root intrusion in the main line and had everything flowing again by midnight. I couldn't believe the response time. They're the only plumber I'll ever call.”

Slab Leak Detection
“My water bill had been climbing for months and I couldn't figure out why. Rooter Rescue used electronic detection equipment to find a slab leak under my kitchen floor without ripping up a single tile — found it in under an hour. The repair was clean, fast, and came in exactly at the estimate. These guys are total pros.”

Water Heater Replacement
“My water heater died on a Friday morning. I called three plumbers — two couldn't get to me until next week. Rooter Rescue had a new unit installed that same afternoon. The tech explained every option clearly, gave me a fair price without any pressure, and left the work area cleaner than he found it. Five stars isn't enough.”
